Overall I was keen on learning about how to produce my own prints using each process and technique but the fact that time was limited and I didn't have much motivation for some of the processes affected my work as a whole. I'm pleased with the symbol I chose because of its simplicity and it was easy to cut out on lino. Some of my prints are of bad quality compared to others and I think that proves where my interest lies. I really enjoyed lino-cutting but disliked screen-printing simply because I hate getting messy and it takes too much time setting up. I think maybe my lack of interest is also because I know I'm not good at screen-printing, whereas I'm a bit more confident with lino-cutting.
If I was to do this all again, I'd definitely put more effort in to the areas I know I'm not good at. I'd do more experimentation on different materials and with different colours. I'd take more time in the evenings to go back and do more. I know now, because I have observed my prints and how things have happened, about quality control so that hopefully next time my prints can look better.
